So for every update from Checkpoint the helpdesk gets tons of calls about this. The only things that don't require them to call the helpdesk and have the helpdesk fill in their admin credentials are Windows updates and Edge updates. So they can't really install anything on their laptops. The problem with this is that 1: I'd like this to be installed before we have a user login because we're planning to configure shared devices as loaners. There's no primary user and because of all the user based settings, configuration is done with the users logon credentials. I cannot switch to device context as it is greyed out. This is configured on User context with 'all devices' with user context as required. One of the things that I'm looking at is the Windows msi line of business app checkpoint mobile access portal agent. But I am looking at improving a configurations within endpoint manager to address with the rest of the IT department. So to start off: I'm not a checkpoint firewall admin/engineer.
